Thanks to Steven McCoy for doing a great job on the brokers tour on Saturday. Lots of people came through.

Progress is coming along very nicely. We have had a good amount of interest and some fairly serious inquiries and we haven’t started any marketing in earnest. That will soon change - we will probably get them listed with a broker in the next two weeks. The Craigslist ads will start happening pretty soon as well. In the meantime, here are a few recent pics. Congratulations to Dave for going under contract for 1787 Latham!

Thanks to Steven McCoy of Keller Williams - Great Job Steven.  Glad the Keller Williams connection helped both you and Dave.  When Dave asked me to help find him someone to sell his home, my first thought as a fellow KW agent was to keep it in the family if at all possible.  So I went through the directory of the Keller Williams Palo Alto office and decided to recommend him after a few phone calls.  It was a great choice!
